Based on the information you provide, we complete a certificate request form by hand and physically deliver it to the appropriate county agency. Due to the time involved, our research fee and certificate fee cannot be refunded if the information you have provided is insufficient, incorrect or the government agency has no record of the birth.

If the birth certificate cannot be obtained for any of these reasons, any expedited shipping charge will be refunded to you within 3 business days with a report of no record of certificate. But, our research fee and certificate fee will not be refunded.
